Ordering Terms and Conditions
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully when planning your Corn Mug order. If you need clarification or have any questions call us at 888-604-9994 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The act of ordering implies that you agree to these Terms and Conditions. In the statements below, “You” refers to the customer and “We” refers to Trendesigns, DBA CornMug.com.
All custom corn product sales are final. Printed products are non-returnable unless for manufacturing defects which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Trendesigns, DBA CornMug.com.
You may cancel your order at any point up until proof approval for a $50.00 charge. Once you have approved your proof, your order will be produced and you will be responsible for the entire total of your order as detailed on your invoice.
LATE PAYMENT POLICY
If you do not pay your bill within the payment terms listed on your invoice a $50.00 late charge will be added to your invoice every 30 days until paid. If we are unable to collect payment from you after 6 reasonable attempts, your bill will be sent to one of our many collections agencies abroad and in the US.
We will send an eProof to the email address you provided within 3 -5 business days from the time you provide us with your logo art, order details and shipping and billing information. You have up to 3 weeks to respond to that eProof with revisions or written approval by fax or email. Once you approve your proof, we will produce your order in 7 – 10 business days. Shipping will be by the method you specify and can be expedited at your expense. We recommend allowing 3 – 4 weeks for domestic US orders and at no less than 4 weeks for international orders.
You are responsible for knowing your order timeline and responding to your eProof in a timely manner. Custom corn products are not returnable due to a missed event. We will happily help you plan a timeline for your order and can sometimes rush production (for an additional fee) on a case-by-case basis to help you make your deadline, however, we are in no way responsible for missed deadlines due to your untimely response to an eProof or not allowing enough time for your order.
